Firestone and Automint have been business partners since our establishment in 1990. Firestone have been specialising in the manufacturing of Air Springs for over 80 years and are the world’s leading supplier for vehicular & industrial applications. Automint are very proud Firestone partners and have invested heavily to ensure we carry the most in-depth range of Firestone air springs in the UK.
SABO
Due to the success of the air springs, we noticed there was a gap in the market for a high-quality aftermarket shock absorber. After careful consideration, the brand Automint chose was SABO. It was their attention to detail, quality of product, range availability and technical support that perfectly fitted our ethos. Automint now stock over 500+ part numbers and probably have one of the largest stock holdings readily available to the market in Europe. Due to the success of the shock absorbers, Automint entered discussions with SABO to become their sole distributor for their Air Spring range into the UK & Ireland. The deal was sealed in 2015 and compliments the Firestone offering. It would be fair to say Automint now have the most in-depth range of air springs available in the world.
SEM LASTIK
Automint have been a supply partner with Sem Lastik for over 10 years, distributing their range of suspension & steering components. Sem-Lastik was established in 1972 in a small workshop in Bursa, Turkey and because of their high quality and dedication to service, they quickly gained a solid reputation. By the Mid 1980s the company had developed within their industry sector to become a leader amongst their peers. To ensure quality/service is not comprised, SEM place special emphasis on investment in modern machinery to meet the latest specifications. A high priority is given to research and development where employees are highly trained and qualified. As a result, the company is now a global brand with products being used as original equipment for companies such as BMC, Ford, MAN & Mercedes.
HYDCAB
Hydcab aims to be the world’s No.1 in manufacturing of hydraulic components for the heavy-duty vehicles. To achieve this, they constant invest in R&D to ensure they stay at the forefront of the industry. Hydcab has an integrated and self-sufficient production facility to produce major components in-house. All assembled products are 100% quality and performance controlled before being packed and distributed to their customers. The 3 main product groups they concentrate on are Cabin hand tilt pumps, Cabin tilting cylinders and cabin latches.
